En önemli kısım: Sorulara verdiğin cevaplar hiçbir yere kaydedilmiyor. Cevaplar sesli veriliyor ve uygulamanın mikrofon erişimi yok; sunucuda cevapları tutan bir tablo da bulunmuyor. Konuştukların odadaki kişiler arasında kalır.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Cihaz kimliği — cihazında üretilen rastgele bir değer. Hesap açmadan odalara katılabilmeni sağlar. Reklam kimliği değildir.
Görünen adın ve avatarın — bir odaya girerken seçtiğin ad. Gerçek adın olmak zorunda değil; varsayılanı "Misafir". Aynı odadaki kişiler görür.
Oda ve oturum bilgisi — oda kodu, seçilen kategori, sorulan soruların listesi, kaçıncı soruda olduğunuz ve katılımcılar.
Kendi yazdığın sorular — uygulamaya kendi sorunu eklersen, soru metni cihaz kimliğinle birlikte saklanır.
Bildirim jetonu — bildirimlere izin verirsen, cihazına bildirim gönderebilmek için Expo'nun verdiği jeton saklanır.

2. Toplamadığımız veriler

Cevapların. Ne yazılı ne sesli — hiçbir biçimde.
Ses kaydı — uygulama mikrofon izni istemez.
Konum, kamera, fotoğraf erişimi — hiçbiri istenmez.
E-posta, telefon numarası, şifre. Hesap açmıyorsun.
Reklam kimliği (IDFA). Reklam göstermiyoruz, izleme yapmıyoruz.
Üçüncü taraf analitik, çökme raporlama veya reklam SDK'sı kullanmıyoruz.

3. Neden topluyoruz

Hepsi uygulamanın çalışması için: odayı kurmak, katılımcıları birbirine göstermek, hangi soruda olduğunuzu takip etmek ve izin verdiysen bildirim göndermek. Reklam, profilleme veya pazarlama amacıyla veri toplamıyoruz. KVKK'da dayanağımız sözleşmenin ifası, GDPR'da Madde 6(1)(b); bildirimler için açık rızan (GDPR 6(1)(a)).

4. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Supabase — veritabanı altyapımız. Veriler bizim adımıza [BÖLGE] bölgesindeki sunucularında tutulur.
Expo — bildirimleri cihazına ulaştıran push servisi. Yalnızca bildirim jetonu ve mesaj içeriği geçer.

Bunun dışında kimseyle paylaşmıyoruz. Verilerini satmıyoruz.

5. Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz

Oda ve oturum verileri odanın ömrü boyunca tutulur. Bildirim jetonunu bildirimleri kapatana kadar saklarız. Silinmesini istersen hello@toprakli.app adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde döneriz.

6. Haklarınız

KVKK md. 11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişebilir, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteyebilir, işlemeye itiraz edebilirsin: hello@toprakli.app. Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na, AB'de yerel veri koruma otoritene de başvurabilirsin.

7. Çocuklar

Emotions Matter 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.

8. Değişiklikler

Politikayı güncellersek yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini değiştiririz.

Emotions Matter — Privacy Policy

Emotions Matter is made by Toprakli App Studio (Istanbul, Türkiye). Questions: hello@toprakli.app

The part that matters most: your answers are never recorded anywhere. Answers are spoken aloud, the app has no microphone access, and there is no table on our server that holds them. What you say stays in the room.

1. What we collect

A device identifier — a random value generated on your device so you can join rooms without an account. Not an advertising identifier.
Your display name and avatar — the name you choose when joining a room. It need not be real; the default is "Misafir" (Guest). Others in that room see it.
Room and session data — room code, chosen category, the list of questions, which question you are on, and the participants.
Questions you write — if you add your own question, its text is stored with your device identifier.
A notification token — if you allow notifications, the token Expo issues so we can deliver them.

2. What we do not collect

Your answers. Not written, not recorded, not at all.
Audio — the app never requests microphone access.
Location, camera or photo access — none is requested.
Email, phone number, password. There is no account.
Advertising identifiers (IDFA). No ads, no tracking.
No third-party analytics, crash reporting or advertising SDKs.

3. Why we collect it

All of it is needed to run the app: creating the room, showing participants to each other, tracking which question you are on, and delivering notifications if you opted in. Nothing is collected for advertising, profiling or marketing. Our GDPR bases are Article 6(1)(b) and, for notifications, 6(1)(a) consent. Equivalent bases apply under KVKK.

4. Who we share it with

Supabase — our database provider, holding data on our behalf in the [BÖLGE] region.
Expo — the push service that delivers notifications to your device. Only the token and the message pass through it.

Nobody else. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Room and session data is kept for the life of the room. A notification token is kept until you turn notifications off. To request deletion, write to hello@toprakli.app and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and KVKK Article 11 you may access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing: hello@toprakli.app. You may also complain to Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, your local data protection authority.

7. Children

Emotions Matter is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If we update this policy we will change the effective date above.
